Digest Vol. 118: Long weekend

Preface

Got even lazier this whole weekend. Need more holidays.

Eroge

Finished Yukari and Mao routes.

Yukari route is pretty good overall. Her way of talking really got into me after a while. Thankfully she takes of her eye-patch in most H-scenes and no stupid hair covering the eyes. I like her route most (at the moment).

Also finished Mao route. Her reactions are pretty interesting. The simplest so far because she’s not one of the main heroines but I think it’s pretty good nonetheless. Especially liked the ending which closes up things well.

Current at Hanayo route. Not much into it yet but the beginning feels similar to Nanami route.

Finishing her route, up next would be the last one Urara’s which for some reason isn’t needed to unlock the two other sub heroines routes.

Non-eroge

Still haven’t catch up on anime.

A bit behind in FGO as well because there just isn’t enough rate booster items I have. I hope I can at least grab all non-figure materials and then go full gacha box.

And hey, one free SR servant of choice is coming up. Finally can get Astolfo \o/

Wasting money

Sold some stuff this week. I probably should start lowering starting bid of some items already…

Not sure if I will put up some more stuff this week.

Haven’t sent stuff to Suruga-Ya either. Really should do that soon-ish.

As Sagaplanets announced their next title, the budgeting is also updated. If going well, I just grab the game (and bonus) from Amazon and get the rest from usual YJA guy. Currently looking at getting all drama CDs (first time from Sagaplanets) and tapestries except Eroina Heroina. I’m guessing a spending of 30-50k for them all.

Meanwhile back to Cube’s Yurauka, looking at the stuff I’m getting from stores and then potential from YJA, it looks like I may save more by buying everything directly from stores. Which is weird. Mainly because the usual guy increased the minimum stuff for free shipping to 6 items which is way above what I need from him (which is only three or maybe four). In the end, I will probably end up with stacks of Yurauka game box. I hope they’ll sell for at least 5000 yen. There’s web store version of shikishi as well which I don’t care about and will also sell for hopefully 500 yen each? According to twitter, this kakao guy is quite popular so I hope the price holds up.

Digest Vol. 117: Suddenly fast

I’m not sure why but suddenly this blog feels much faster than before. I don’t remember making any major changes apart of resetting blocksize to default and perhaps updating PHP.

Oh well, great. Apparently I tuned some OPcache parameters earlier last week.

Eroge playthrough

Finished Nanami arc. Just like Suzuna, hers is relatively simple and looking again, it’s pretty short.

Now almost halfway through Yukari. She sure is the best heroine =D

Long weekend next week and nothing major planned so I should be able to finish everything by then.

Will play sequels after this as planned months ago.

Non-eroge playthrough

A bit stalled on anime except for Youshitsu.

A bit too much FGO on the other hand. Whoops.

Wasting money

Placed some pre-orders and stuff. And finally got this Kantoku tapestry. Or at least it was up for sale and I immediately grabbed it. Hopefully it’s not some kind of dumb mistake.

Sold quite a lot of stuff as well which balanced the spending.

Finally sorted all the doujin books and now left with around 100 books for disposal. Putting them up for auction sounds pretty annoying because most of them will be put up for only around 100-500 yen which is not really worth the effort. I will probably end up just dumping them to Suruga-Ya after asking around if anyone want some of the stuff. Probably.

Finished Suzuna route.

Now in Nanami. Almost halfway, I think? Pretty fast considering I only started this weekend.

Non-eroge stuff

Slowing down with FGO. Still need more high level servants to clear the highest level quests. Also need to actually finish the main story.

A bit behind on anime and no progress on light novels.

Wasting money

Chikotam pillow cover incoming! RIP 10k.

And then there’s also Melonbooks Uribou tapestries incoming. Looks like I’ll spend at least 21k for those.

Hatsujou Sprinkle pillow cover also up for pre-order but I’m holding back this time to buy it at one of the later events because shipping is almost 1k. Closest event would be character1 oct.2017.

Didn’t buy anything major otherwise this whole week. Good job, me. Or maybe just there’s nothing left to buy. Ha.

It’s of course still early to be happy.

Sold a few stuff this week. Fewer than hoped because I put up about 20 new stuff last week. I probably set the starting bid a bit too high. At least I should get about 12k if nothing goes wrong.

Will put up more stuff later this week.  Including some computer stuff.

I’m done with FGO summer event. There are still the four star fous left but I don’t think I have team capable of clearing them.

Wasting money

Did some preorder which increased the total spending for this month a bit higher than I wanted.

Thankfully there are some unexpected stuff being sold as well which kind of balance thing out.

Got quite a lot of Yahoo points as well which helped.

October is still empty. Yay.

There’s only Yurauka for November. It’s a bit annoying though because I want the retail shikishi bonus but none of the stores have interesting bonus apart of CD. Trader was a possibility but then their Shinjuku store is closing next month. That left me with Sofmap and Melonbooks. Best candidate is Sofmap at the moment. Or just auction the shikishi? At any rate, it looks like I’ll be getting multiple copies of the game.

There will also be autumn event this year. No idea how much that will cost me.

Pre-ordered Kamiyaba PSV from WonderGoo. Will do another pre-order from Sofmap but I’m still not sure where to buy it from. Probably more from Yahoo! Shopping. Also now I look again, I should’ve bought WonderGoo stuff from Yahoo! as well. They have better bonus.

Also cleared up all Sweet Little Kiss stuff (which then realized DMM has better discount and point compared to DLsite).

Did some other pre-orders like Dengekiya and Denkigai.

It’s about 40000 yen in total.

And then auction stuff went pretty good. The two stuff which I know will sell for quite good did… exceptionally good. With one of them sold for over 500% of purchase price. Hopefully the transaction will go well. Seems fine. The end result is it almost pays my entire spending for last week.

On eroge spending, there are quite a few coming up.

First is Kamiyaba PSV from Sofmap as mentioned above. Will place preorder whenever I get my T-point bonus.

And then Parasol’s latest game. Official store for full game, and then the voice drama from auction as usual. There is also soundtrack which will be sold separately.

October is empty. I don’t think anything new will come up so I guess it will stay empty.

There’s only Yurauka for November. Not sure where to get full game from but will at least get full set of voice drama and Kanekiyo Miwa tapestries.

Pillow cover drawn by Chikotam will be up for pre-order as well end of this month so there’s that.

I hope I didn’t forget anything.

Digest Vol. 113: And done!

One day late because I spent the whole night cleaning up and arranging stuff. Not even done yet. I also have a backlog of over 4000 unread feed items.

Barely any progress because of events and stuff.

A bit late but went as usual. Cleared up some manga while waiting at the events.

Wasting money

With all the events, I think I didn’t miss too far off from my original budget. Slightly better, even.

Definitely the lowest spending between last few event months.

Unexpectedly sold a bunch of CDs in YJA. And even a doujin which I mistakenly bought twice. Sold it for a 50yen profit.

Overall, I bought 672,000 yen worth of stuff and sold them back for 550,000 yen. Well, that’s just the rough number with conservative approximation for original stuff cost. Even then, at 80% of original spending, I think it’s pretty good.

As mentioned before, I’ll be putting up more stuff for auction so my balance should be even better or at least not getting worse for the rest of the month.

Denkigai 2017 Summer

As most of the stuff I wanted are available for order online, I didn’t rush this time around. Arrived around 8 AM.

Queued first for Alcot. It was pretty bad. Apparently they have some kind of trouble at the beginning. Too few hours until finally gotten my stuff.

Picked up minori stuff from someone and then walked around after grabbing Hatsujou Sprinkle drink first.

And then ended up buying more stuff than I initially planned :D

C92 day 1

As I didn’t have any high priority stuff planned for corporate booths, I arrived at around 2:30 PM. Most of the booths I visited have no lines except for Sprite and Kadokawa.

Looked around a bit and then back to first Sprite and lastly Kadokawa. I think I still queued a bit for Kadokawa at past 3 PM.

C92 day 2

Spent whole day clearing up RSS feed backlog and planning for day 3.

C92 day 3

First train as usual. Got into hall 1/2/3 at 10:15, visited Yukie.

Was quick-ish. Or at least didn’t feel too slow. Then grabbed whatever I could from that area. Shiromochi Sakura surprisingly didn’t have line. On the other hand Yuizaki had quite a line. Probably getting the Elf pillow cover. Most of wall circles had line as usual though I didn’t pay too much attention.

Jumped to hall 4/5/6, cleared whatever I could. Notable long line for this area was Shino. Or more like I didn’t know how long it would be and apparently it’s pretty long.

Done with that hall, went to hall 7. I didn’t get lost this time around. Takoyaki booth was relatively quiet. So was Nanao Naru. Except that one was because most of the stuff were already sold out. Whoops. At least I only planned to get the set. Quite a long line for tiv so I skipped it.

Back to hall 1/2/3, cleared whatever I could. Notable unexpected long lines were Anmi (Mashu pillow cover?) and eterna-radiare (same). Unfortunately some of the booths haven’t started selling the book without sets so I skipped quite a lot here.

Finally went to station to head for Akiba around 1 PM. Probably my earliest ever.

Later I find out Pan goods set lasted quite a long time. Whoops.

Arrived at Akiba, fetched K-Books tapestries. Not much queue. I even went back to grab more Chikotam tapestry to be sold later :>

Went to Jiku-Chu hoping for this tapestry but neither of two stores have it ;_;

A bit lost finding Tenplant store but then found it out somehow and thankfully it was free entry. I guess everyone went to Melonbooks because it’s got lines just to enter the store.

Talking about Melonbooks, checked out the new Uribou store just to find out there’s new lewd Pan tapestry but already sold out (ノ･_･)ノ︵ ┻━┻

Digest Vol. 112: Events time! (soon)

Comiket and Denkigai next (this?) weekend. And I haven’t made my list. I guess I’ll slowly do it daily as opposed to doing everything in one go as usual.

Eroge playthrough

Finished Senren Banka. Took much longer than I expected at 2 months. The extras are longer than I expected. A bit longer than Hanasaki Work Spring, I think?

As planned, now playing Kamiyaba. Already doing better than expected. Current plan is Suzuna → Nanami → Yukari → Urara → Extras. Pretty sure Urara route is locked though I’m not sure if there’s other locked routes.

We’ll see how long this takes.

Non-eroge stuff

Anime thing still going as usual. Youshitsu still doing pretty good, I think? So is NTR that I bought the manga and now halfway the first volume. Fate/Apocrypha is still warming up. Kind of.

Talking about Fate series, I liked FGO enough I bought account with over 900 quartz and Okita Souji starting servant for 1600. I lost one month worth of stuff including maxed Assassin Scathach and a bunch of other stuff. But I got Okita Souji <3

No progress on light novel side \o/

Wasting money

Sold Hatsujou Sprinkle at 5000. Not too bad. Nothing else though.

Suruga-Ya sold Kurafuta Goodwill tapestry for 9900 ;_;

But on the other side they sold this Soreyorino tapestry for 3000. I believe this still has pretty high value at the moment so I bought it off. Hopefully this will make some good money =D

Apart of those, also bought an old Kiba Satoshi tapestry and some other random stuff.

I’m trying harder to hold back this time around and so my current pillow cover plan is “just” Yukie’s Kana and Clover Day’s Anri. There’s also upcoming Chikotam original as well later this month.

Otherwise I think I’m doing kind of okay-ish. In fact, last month was one of the best I did last few years. This month having summer event would make it a bit difficult should still be positive balance.

I’ll also start selling more stuff once all the events are done so that should help the balance even further.

And frees my room.

Digest Vol. 111: Practicality

Preface

111th digest. This thing sure has come a long way. Not that there’s much improvement in term of writing quality :D

Eroge playthrough

Finished Mako route. The story ended up relatively simple. In term of story, I think I like Rena’s best, followed by Murasame, Yoshino, and finally Mako.

Mako is still the best heroine though. Followed by Murasame.

Currently at finishing the remaining two sub heroines. Will go with Koharu first and lastly Roka. It’s much longer than I expected.

As planned, will continue to Kamiyaba after this.

Will be followed by sequels and fandisks. I’ve piled quite a lot of them. Dal Segno, Sakura no Mori Dreamers, Aokana, Rorolog, and Hakoniwa Logic’s Koko fandisk. I also need to finally clear the Quintuple Splash extra H-scenes.

Finishing those, I’ll move on to either Cube or Whirlpool itles.

Non-eroge stuff

Nothing much apart of FGO took up all available time for light novels. Anime is still going as usual.

Wasting money

Sold nothing this week. Not really surprising because I didn’t lower any of the starting bid and didn’t add new items either. Will be back adding new items (and lowering starting bid) after summer events end.

Now I think again I did add Hatsujou Sprinkle (the game) but no one bought that :(

With this month ending, I can safely say this is the month I saved most. Next month will be a bit bad because of events but I hope I can keep the spending low.

Talking about low spending, I should spend less on stuff. And maybe even sell even more of the pillow covers and tapestries. And perhaps books as well. Now I remember it, I also need to throw away magazines.

I’m also running really low on physical space.

That reminds me I probably should throw eroge boxes already.

Still ongoing with plan to drop some games. In addition to Da Capo, I have some more candidates for dropping. Those should help making even more space.

Digest Vol. 110: Preparation

Three weeks to Denkigai and Comiket. Information is slowing coming out as well. My copy of catalog should arrive soon so I should start updating my list.

Eroge playthrough

Didn’t manage to finish Mako’s route this week. Not really surprising. I think I’m not even a third of her route yet. I guess I can finish it before this weekend.

There’s no change on plan so Kamiyaba is still up next. What comes after it is still undecided though. Most likely one of Cube’s titles. Or Sakumori 2.

Non-eroge stuff

NTR is getting quite interesting. And light beams.

Youshitsu is also slowly revealing stuff. With surprising end at the end of episode 2. Maybe I’ll read the LN later.

Tenshi no 3P is, well, Tenshi no 3P. It’s almost like Ro-Kyu-Bu but with music instead. And more lewds. And consciousness about being lolicon or something.

On LN side, finished Tsuntsun ojou-sama no dere yome shuugyou as planned. The later chapters is indeed mostly filled with tsundere sex (?). Even the ending is still tsundere. Not that I’m complaining. They should’ve put sex scene with maid as well though. Or something like 3P :D

With that over, now resume Te no hira no koi to sekai no ou no musume-tachi. Long title is long. Or LN title is LN title. Sounds redundant. At 6%, I haven’t even passed introduction yet. Nothing interesting in sight… yet (I want to believe :D ). It’s got Shiromochi Sakura though so there’s at least that.

End of next month will see release of the third installment of Kageppuchi kara hajimeru sekai jyumyou no nobashi kata. The ending of second volume was quite devastating so I’m looking forward to how they continue from that.

Finished main quests of summer Fate/GO events. Just need some Gae Bolgs so I can have NP5 Schatch and as many materials as possible for CE and misc items.

Wasting money

Another preorder for Melonbooks doujin tapestry set was started. This time from Hisama Kumako. It’ll be a bit dangerous if they continue this…

There’s also this lewd tapestry from Game-Style. It’s double suede as well.

Cuffs (and Hulotte) summer goods store has been opened. No interesting hug pillow cover from Cuffs side so looks like I’ll only be getting Gayarou original and Kurafuta tapestries. Didn’t expect there’s even more Kurafuta tapestry coming out. And no Mamiya. What is this.

Unfortunately Hulotte is having separate store again this time so I’ll be paying shipping fee twice. Current plan is to get everything.

All said, the total is half of what I allocated. The number still looks pretty dumb though.

Thankfully I sold quite a few stuff in YJA this week. Or more accurately three high priced items (and some minor items). Yuzu-Soft sure is popular. And so is Tateha (kind of).

If everything goes well, I should have clean balance again. With almost zero buffer. Budget for summer events is still vague so that actually the worst case. I hope.

Talking about worst case, K-Books’ Chikotam tapestry will be up for sale on Comiket third day. The bright side is everyone will probably be in Big Sight as well. That means I don’t have much time before rushing to Akiba. I’m targeting to finish before 1 PM. Hopefully it will still be available.

On eroge planning (ha ha ha planning), this month will be quite a… few. Hatsujou sprinkle, Sakumori 2, Fuyuuso, and Mashimaro.

Next month is thankfully empty.

But there will be DC3DD, Omokage railback, Farnesse, Onikin 2, and Sakukoi in September. I’m planning to drop the first two though so that will leave me with three.

Sakukoi seems “fine”. The eyes still look pretty bad but at least a bit better compared to the previous one.

Whereas Onikin 2 just looks suspiciously derpy to me. I don’t like the designs for new heroines and the new CGs for previous heroines didn’t look all that good either.

On November there will be Cube’s next title! Many excite. A bit sad it’s not 100% Kanekiyo Miwa but at least she seems to be doing the flat-chested heroine. Yay.

Back to October, there’s none yet. Akabeesoft’s Maho roba seems interesting… just for Kimishima Ao’s heroines. Akabeesoft being famous for DRM isn’t helping.

Looking back I’ve only finished 5 titles this year. I really need to pick up reading pace.

Digest Vol. 109: Quiet week

Not really doing anything at the moment so I figured I should write this before returning to playing eroge. Or FGO.

Summer events are approaching! I’m not making usual event notes though because they’re a pain to maintain and the functionality has been replaced by Google Sheet.

Eroge playthrough

A bit slower than I hoped but I think I’m a bit over first half of Murasame route. Pretty interesting reveal which was hinted at Rena route.

Monday is holiday here so I should be able to finish Murasame route without problem. Then followed by Mako and lastly the subheroines.

Kamiyaba is still in line for next title.

Non-eroge playthrough

Finally watched Youkoso Kyoushitsu and seems pretty interesting. Mainly the system which forces dynamic of whole members of the class or something. We’ll see if it’s actually worth anything. Also has a bit of Oregairu vibe but.

Still going with FGO. Waiting for Okita so I still hasn’t done any gacha apart of the free ones.

Finally continuing this ero LN illustrated by Yukie. Passed the introduction (a long while ago) and now almost completely consisted of just ero scenes. Probably can finish next weekend.

Wasting money

Nothing much this week either. I thought Cuffs summer store starts this week but it didn’t.

I had to replace one of my hard drives though.

Sold some stuff for a total of around 10k. Not too bad. I’ll put up more stuff later this week.

Still considering whether or not to drop Da Capo so there’s that as well.

I put in budget for Cuffs stuff and other summer events and it currently looks a bit dangerous with probably record-setting red numbers. Some of them are for end of August though and I hope I overshoot events budget again.

Digest Vol. 108: Busy week

Continuing the usual “I need to sleep”. Overall busy week thanks to various backlogs and required cleanups after two week absence.

Eroge playthrough

Finished Yoshino’s route. Uses one of the less interesting pattern for inserting the H scenes. Also I think it’s weaker than Rena’s.

Didn’t sure if I should go Muramasa or Mako so I consulted dice and it said Muramasa. So, yeah, here I come, 幼刀!

I hope I can finish the whole routes by the end of this week.

Apparently I’ll play Kamiyaba after finishing this Senren Banka.

Non-eroge stuff

Watched some anime. Picking up Fate/Apocrypha and NTR. And maybe Jitsuryoku Kyoshitsu.

Originally wanted to watch Symphogear as well but I haven’t watched GX so maybe later.

Not much progress on LN side.

Oh and I started FGO (a bit more seriously).

Wasting money

Bought some vocal albums and soundtracks. Last one was a bit expensive. Not much else.

Sold about 20k worth of stuff this week.

Goodwill cancelled Omokage Rail Back preorder and refunded everyone. Another 20k freed here. Not sure if I’ll preorder from somewhere else.

I’m considering cancelling Omokage Rail Back. I’ll probably won’t get chance to play it anyway because there are too many higher priority games at the moment.

While at it, I’ll probably drop some games I currently own for similar reason. There just isn’t much point holding into them when it’s not feasible in the first place.

Together with the games, will also drop more tapestries as well. Not really news here though. Just need to be a bit more aggressive.

My budget sheet still looks pretty terrible thanks to the updated style. Should look much better once my pay this month comes in so I just need to hold back until it comes.

That said, Cube summer goods is coming as well and I forgot to allocate anything for it ;D

…I need to fix my budget before I go under.

Dc3dd (and the whole series) is still up for dropping. Just need to convince myself enough that it’s not happening. Also, 1024×576 (at least up to dc3wy).

Finished all spring anime without problem. Well, I only watch three to begin with so it’s not all that difficult.

With light novel, finished Dengeki Doumei. Also finished Zarusoba. Now reading… nothing yet. Probably this.

Wasting money

Suruga-Ya sold hug pillow cover of Sana for 16k. On expensive side but grabbed it anyway.

Nothing much else apart of few Kindle books. July has started as well so I updated my accounting sheet with improved calculating method which left me with deficit of over 600k. Whoops.

Starting up auction again so I hope I can bring the number up a bit. There are quite a few new (and old?) stuff ready to be sold as well.

That and maybe dropping Da Capo 3 after all. Not sure if I’ll ever get around playing it. My backlog is already pretty terrible at the moment (not news). At 78 unplayed out of 116, it will take quite a while for me to finish the whole thing. And here I thought I sped up quite a bit already.

Finished Clockwork Planet! Bought the light novels because kind of curious about almost everything. Good thing about light novels is I can hold off buying it indefinitely. Except for the goodies. Even then light novels are much cheaper than eroges.

Apparently last week’s Attack on Titan was the last one for this year.

There are still few more episodes for Eromanga-sensei though. Not sure what to watch next season (if any).

On light novel side, still ongoing with Dengeki Doumei. Made quite a bit of progress and I think I’ll finish it by this weekend.

Wasting money

I think I ended up getting all Dal Segno Takano Yuki tapestries, including Getchu’s life-sized ones.

Nothing much else otherwise apart of a bunch of books.

I think I’m done for this month unless something unexpected comes up.

Overall green even without much help from selling stuff. Next month should be pretty good and then I can safely prepare for Comiket and Denkigai and related events.

Digest Vol. 105: Abroad edition

On time once in a while. Mainly because I don’t have much else to do. And it just happens I’m testing a Realforce 87U which for some reason someone left here.

Eroge playthrough

Didn’t play at all this last few days! And won’t be for another two weeks! ;_;

I think I got about halfway through Yoshino route before going. Right before the (apparently) most interesting part. No, not an H scene.

At current rate I’ll probably finish it in two or three weeks once I resume.

Probably will play either Kamiyaba or Mamiya.

Not-eroge stuff

Finished imouto zetsumetsu 2! Looks like it’ll end in another one or two more volumes if following current pattern?

As it’s the latest released, I switched to something else. Another long titled light novel, Yuusha to Maou ga Dengeki Doumei (…etc). Looks quite fun so far.

I should have quite a lot of time to read while I’m away. Hopefully I can at least finish all I currently own.

Still okay-ish with anime as well (except haven’t watched this week’s).

I think I’ve finished the whole K-Books tapestries from Chikotam. Except the clear poster. Clear poster is just dumb. I doubt I’ll get more of it especially if it costs a lot. Maybe if someone put it up for like 1000…

Still going as usual. A bit slower on light novel side though.

Wasting money

Pre-ordered some Melonbooks stuff as planned. And nothing much else? Relatively quiet week.

May finally get the last few Chikotam K-Books tapestries this week.

Nothing much else otherwise. I took a break from auctioning stuff so there’s nothing on that side either.

Some larger stuff is coming around end of this month though. Mainly stuff for next month release (Hatsujou Sprinkle and Sakura no Mori Dreamers 2).

Preface

Yes it’s late. My time estimation was completely off so this post is pushed to today.

Eroge playthrough

Almost reached the first H-scene of Rena. Wondering if the main story of her route is finishing off common route or there will be new development. My guess says it’s the former.

Not-eroge stuff

Read some pages of Imouto Zetsumetsu 2. Anime as usual and nothing much else.

Wasting money

Continuing spending on PC stuff, I ended up getting some more SSD. I think I now have an extra 250GB SSD…

Otherwise nothing much else. Just a bit of backlogs here and there and some pre-orders.

All the PC purchases still hurt though.

This week was the last of YJA auctions until next months as well. Sold a few items with one selling a bit more than expected. Next month is still unknown with Haco Boon ending their service and no other large, lightweight shipment option in sight at the moment. Hopefully it’ll change when I start again.

Should be fine unless I do some crazy backlog or a bunch of pillow covers (or other interesting stuff) appear.

Digest Vol. 102: Forgotten Stuff

Early for once.

Eroge playthrough

Started Senren Banka. Dying from dialogues with Mako. The production quality sure is high (this is my first Yuzusoft game). Lots of expressions makes it really fun to read. The face just keep changing!

Progressing slowly, currently at chapter 3-2.

Unless there’s forced route, the plan is as usual: Rena → Yoshino → Murasame → Mako.

Not-eroge stuff

Finished Gakeppuchi 2. Holy shit the ending. I don’t even. Vol. 3 fucking when. Went for Mamizu, stayed for Mamizu and the story.

Continuing to Imouto Zetsumetsu vol. 2. Sure is much easier to read.

Still keeping up with anime as well.

Wasting money

Now I look again, I spent almost 200k and sold about 120k. So in the end I more or less spent 80k for eroge (and other ACHGM) goods.

And then I count in PC stuff.

And then flight ticket.

And then my balance turns complete red this month.

So, yeah, although I managed to more or less balance off eroge goods, purchases of other stuff ticked off the balance to negative.

I bought too many pillow covers this month ._.

Next week is also the last week I’m selling stuff (until I return).

Digest Vol. 101: Beyond expectation

Eroge playthrough

Finished Miyuri route! I was expecting it to be okay-ish. The first half went as expected but then the latter half went full speed on emotion roller coaster. The non-irritating type. A bit on self-inflicted gloomy side but the end result was greatly satisfying. Good thing I did it last because otherwise I may end up hating this game because of the first two routes I did.

Miyuri a best.

With that done, time to play something that’s more modern. Last year modern. As planned, will start playing Senren Banka. 1080p, here I come. Still doesn’t fill up my screen though ha ha ha.

Not-eroge stuff

Due to various PC upgrades, I didn’t progress as much here. At least I kept up with animes.

Wasting money

Bought one expensive old tapestry! And another old but less expensive tapestry. Also preordered some artbooks. And lastly ended up buying Ikegami Akane’s latest hug pillow cover. I didn’t even play the game but whatever! I can’t believe my first doujin cover is from Fate series.

With that one, Ikegami Akane is the illustrator I have most hug pillow cover of. As long I don’t count in covers I’ve sold in which case still is hold by Chikotam.

I also failed wasting more money because people were bidding stuff way more than I guessed. Saved, I guess? There’s also one which I just simply missed because of being too busy managing auctions. When I realized it someone outbid me and it’s already ended.

Sold a few stuff this week. Mostly unexpected stuff including light novel which I half jokingly put up for auction. Nicely balanced up my spending last week and a bit more (assuming everything goes fine).

I think I can still come out green-ish instead of yellow on monthly balance despite spending quite a lot on PC stuff and flight tickets.

And still need to put up some more stuff for auction as usual…

Yay late. Nothing special despite number 100.

Eroge playthrough

Fixing my server and stuff during first half of the week so I only managed to finish Kyouko’s route. As expected the route is much better compared to the previous two. The protagonist is still irritating but at least the story progressed much better.

Will start the last route, Miyuri, tonight. Hopefully I can finish it before end of this week.

Not-eroge stuff

Progressing slowly through the Gakeppuchi vol. 2. I think I’m starting to remember more of the letters and words and stuff.

Nothing much else for this week apart of usual anime watching. Somehow still managed to keep up the three series I’m following.

Wasting money

Backlogged a bunch of hug pillow covers woo \o/

I don’t think there’s many left after this. I mean, I cleared almost the whole Whirlpool’s Mamizu series.

That said, unexpected things may still happen.

Sold quite a few stuff this week which helped balance things out. Unfortunately the spending is just a bit too much. Should put up a bit more stuff this week.

Oh and ongoing system upgrade is totally not helping either =D

Digest Vol. 99 – Failing

Yay the numbers are back. I’m thinking of adding another type so I figured having proper type in the title could be useful.

Eroge playthrough

Wasted the whole holidays by not finishing Cafe Sourire. Apparently I was heavily distracted but I couldn’t remember how.

Anyway I’m still halfway of Kyouko’s route. And then there’s still Miyuri.

Thankfully Kyouko’s route seems to be much less irritating compared to the previous two I read through.

Mainly because there’s no stupid “but we’re family” “problem”.

After this, I think I’ll play Senren Banka. It’s mainly because I’ve been playing a 800×600 game and it’s 1080p. The art itself (Cafe Sourire) is pretty good but the small size is really annoying. It doesn’t help the only way to resize it is by using full screen which I don’t usually use.

Not-eroge stuff

I’ve started reading light novels. Finished first volume of Zetsumetsu and Gakeppuchi. The former is relatively easy to read but the latter is relatively difficult for me because it is not daily life but fantasy and there are just too many words I don’t remember yet.

The writer also has interesting word choices which are not in my dictionary yet.

Also started watching animes. Current lineup is Eromanga-sensei, Clockwork Planet, and Attack on Titan.

Wasting money

I (should) get about 30k yen this week from YJA. Not too bad, I guess?

If only I didn’t finally decide to execute PC upgrades which will cost me about 100k total. Or more if I decided to grab extra SSD as well.

That said, I spent quite a bit this week. Clearing up Comic1 and other events and then two backlogs which costed over 5k yen each.

There aren’t many things planned left for this month (nor next month) so I think I should be doing fine especially if I can keep on selling unwanted(?) stuff.

Overall I’m still doing relatively okay. Nothing like last year’s red/yellow streaks.

Eshi100 (and other)

Departed around 9 AM, waited a bit until it opens, headed immediately to goods shop queue. Queued for an hour, bought stuff, looked around, picked up some mini shikishis.

Next headed to Moeoh gallery at around 3 PM. Not too big but sufficiently interesting. Can use a bit bigger print though. Also, free drink. Probably should’ve came a bit later for Chikotam version of message paper.

Comic1-11 / Character1 2017

First train as usual, immediately guided to wait inside the building. How nice of the staff. Got in at 10:38.

Hit Tateha first. No queue.

Followed by Yukie. A bit of queue, took 15 minutes.

Went to non-wall circles and cleared up as many as I could until 11:05.

Headed to Character1, Saga Planets first. About 15 minutes of queue.

Then Palette. Shugaten tapestry sold out. Wtf. No queue.

No queue for majority of booths in my plan. Nor at K-Books.

Back to Comic1 at 11:53.

Still long queue at Shiratama. Matsurija as well.

Cleared up the rest of my list and headed to Sprite booth at Character1.

Queuing at Sprite took about 50 minutes.

Packed up, and finally went back home.

Dying because of lack of sleep.

Thankfully it’s golden week so I can kind of focus (latter half of) this week.

Wasting money

Surprisingly sold quite a few items this week despite Comic1 and everything.

Ended up spending quite a lot last month. Thankfully compensated by selling all the things. Should continue selling more stuff.

Because I ended up spending much less than initially budgeted for Comic1, my monthly balance for April is surprisingly positive for once. And so my streak of positive monthly balance continues…

That said, I’m severely running out of physical space. I need to speed up my pace of selling stuff.

Digest Vol. 97 – More distractions

Sun is barely up this time around. I originally planned to sleep an hour ago though…

I have a feeling I’m forgetting something. I guess I’ll just put it up on next post if I can remember it.

Eroge playthrough

Still too much distraction this week. Or maybe the protagonist being irritating helped me distracting myself. I sure hope the other two routes will fare better than the first two I’m going through.

I think I’m around halfway of Serika’s route. With events coming this weekend, I doubt I can finish other routes. At least the next week will be mostly days off so it should help speeding things up.

Wasting money

Sold about five things this week for a total of about 30k yen. Not too bad. Also put up a few more stuff lying around. And as quite a few items get price down this week, hopefully more stuff will be sold next week. Or not because people exhausted their money from Comic1.

Then I bought more of Alice Gram tapestries (Melonbooks).

As Cuffs started their spring goods preorder, I’m looking at spending a bit over 45k yen which is 5k more than I originally planned. Whoops. Gayarou’s new tapestry is looking pretty awesome though (and lewd). Two Kamiyaba covers aren’t helping either. Not sure about Hulotte Songs Best but I guess I’ll just grab it for now…? White Ribbon character songs seem a bit difficult to gather but then again I have no plan to play it at the moment.

Other than that there’s the other Koikano tapestry I’ve been missing and One Room Tora no Ana blu-ray.

It’s only one week away from Comic1 but I haven’t made my list. At least I did for Character1 and I’m looking at 19k to 37k spending. There doesn’t seem to be many interesting stuff for Comic1 itself so I hope I don’t exceed my current budget of 150k. Either way it’s already too much but I keep exceeding my budget so I figured I should just prepare for something stupid high.

Digest Vol. 96 – Quiet week?

Oh hey it’s 7 AM. I need to sleep soon. As usual.

Eroge playthrough

Almost finish the first route. Current at the last H-scene. Quite interesting in way there is almost no school scenes.

It was interrupted because of installing Mastodon and debugging the installation. And other things.

At this rate I think it’ll take me at least two weeks to finish the whole thing.

Wasting money

As mentioned last week, I put up a load of stuff and sold about a third of them. The total sale (if everything goes smoothly) actually reached six digits. It was mostly thanks to some stuff being bid way above my expectation.

Didn’t waste too much money this week either so the end result is my spending for this month is actually negative.

The big spending is coming at the end of this month. This week should be another silent week.

All this selling do took up a lot of time though. I ended up buying B2 poster boxes so I don’t need to make all the boxes for shipping.

Eroge playthrough

I rolled Cafe Sourire so that I play. The protagonist is pretty annoying at current route (Kasumi). I didn’t realize I entered a specific route until it’s halfway until confession. They did it pretty smoothly but the protagonist is still annoying regardless. At least the two other heroines seem to be saner so I hope things will balance out.

Play order is as usual from least to most liked which in this game Kasumi, Serika, Kyouko, and finally Miyuri. Miyuri didn’t disappoint from what I can tell.

At current rate I should be able to finish this before end of this month…

Wasting money

Backlog of course did happen. A lot. On various things even.

Oh and also one more Floflo VFB. Why am I doing this aaaaaaaa.

Thankfully that motivated me to finally put out a bunch of stuff for auction. Or so that’s the plan because it took hours just to gather all the tapestries. I still need to take photo, figure out market price, and finally put the up at YJA. Hopefully it’ll bring me back some cash. Or Yahoo Money because I like getting that 8% extra. Or 5% if I end up withdrawing the money (unlikely).

Sold two items this week. High-valued ones so I ended up getting about the same amount as previous week.

There isn’t much info on end of month events yet. I’m skipping Melonbooks because they’re selling the tapestry separately later. The rest are still unknown.

Digest Vol. 94 – That was quick

Holy shit it’s 8 already. This post shall be even more incoherent than usual.

Eroge playthrough

Finished Sakura no Mori Dreamers! Kureha route as expected is the most interesting one. The background story sure is grim.

And then finished Nekonin Exheart! Three days. Woo. So light in story it’s almost nukige. All the lickings aren’t helping either. If only the boobs are a bit smaller. Or a lot.

With that one out of the way (much sooner than expected), next is… not yet decided! I was thinking of doing one of last month releases but not sure anymore. Anything goes at the moment. I’ll pick one at random… for titles I have pillow cover of (yeah I’m still doing this).

Wasting money

Last month was pretty painful. This month isn’t looking too good either. Currently projected number will leave me a bit in danger at the end of month.

Still too early for detailed plan so I hope it’ll end up better for once. Should be fine as long I don’t backlog too much.

At least I sold quite a bit stuff this week. Most of them are low priced stuff though. At least better than selling to Suruga-Ya. Need to put up more sometime later… but… effort…

Sure is depressing way to start a month.

Digest Vol. 93 – Busy weekend

Eroge playthrough

Finished Hatsune! I don’t remember ever seeing something like its last scene before. Otherwise feels much like Mahoro’s route. Not a bad thing though doesn’t help my reading speed.

Now on to the main route, Kureha. Seems pretty interesting so far with finally clearing up business left from common (?) route.

Should be done around Wednesday which then I’ll continue to Nekonin Exheart. Regarding what to play afterwards, I have no idea yet. One of the March release seems interesting but tapestries and hug pillow cover wise it seems like I should play Karumaruka Circle instead. We’ll see (as usual).

Wasting money

Melonbooks tapestries at unexpected time. For some reason they’re doing it twice this month? Also bought some older stuff as usual and brought my balance even lower.

At least I sold some stuff this weekend. It helped balancing out my extra spending a bit

Upcoming preorder of July games isn’t helping though. As usual I’ll probably do complete set for both currently planned games.

Parasol’s is currently on hold because most of the heroines aren’t flat. And they don’t really have much other virtues. Chikotam isn’t involved either, so…

This month is almost ending but there will be two big spending coming last day of the month.

April isn’t looking too bright either with all the events. I guess I need to start selling more stuff. Haven’t added much this last two weeks either.

Had some problem with current hosting being awfully slow for no apparent reason. It’s happened often enough I’m considering moving somewhere else next billing cycle.

Eroge playthrough

Finished Mifuyu route. Slightly more things happened. It also felt a bit shorter though.

Currently at Hatsune route. There doesn’t seem to be anything happening in her route… yet?

I should be able to finish it today (it’s holiday here) and then finally the main (?) route, Kureha.

As per original plan, I’ll continue to Nekonin Exheart and then either Rorolog or Kamiyaba depending on what my dice rolls.

Wasting money

Sold a few stuff this week. And bought some stuff. Finally gotten the Kurafuta official store bonus tapestry. That was expensive.

Also bought some other older stuff and games. I think I’m still doing fine. This month is almost over as well. Looking back, I spent a bit too much this month.

I hope I can sell the Karumaruka Circle PSV games since I don’t need those. And the extra tapestry because I’m getting complete version from two stores.

That said, there will be Cuffs spring goods next month which most likely will cost me a lot. And of course Comic1, Character1, and Eshi 100.

Digest Vol. 91 – I need some sleep

Whee.

Events (Dengeki Festival 2017)

Arrived around 9:00 because I was too lazy. A relatively correct decision because I end up only waiting two and half hours and still plenty of stock for stuff I wanted.

Had some stamp rally thing and gotten some plastic bookmarks.

The experience areas were pretty crowded so I skipped them. Not that I cared much anyway. Except for VR zone which might be interesting.

…and that’s about it. I didn’t bother waiting until announcement of new anime and stuff.

Update: forgot that the area for purchasing item is not using order form but just standard store type where you pick the items you want to purchase yourself.

Eroge playthrough

Finished Mahoro route. It was relatively straightforward. To the far future. H-scenes here and there and finally a boring revelation. The h-scenes were relatively short.

Now on Mifuyu route and just passed her first h-scene. At current rate I should be able to finish her route before weekend and proceeds finished the other two routes. I don’t know if true end is in one of those two or another route.

That said, even if I can finish everything next weekend, I wouldn’t have time for another game, even short one. Four days just won’t be enough. Oh well.

Wasting money

Sold quite a lot of stuff this week. Well, I did have quite a few unplanned spending as well so it pretty much balances out.

Still need to put up a bit more but perhaps next or the following week. Unless I somehow get enough motivation to look for the stuff on my to-sell list.

I don’t think there will be more stuff coming for this month. Whirlpool store thankfully (and disappointedly) doesn’t have much interesting stuff.

There will be AnimeJapan at end of this month but I don’t think I’ll spend much there. Or at all beyond foods and train fares. I did pay for the tickets already.

If anything, it’d be official store bonus for DSif which is still a mystery. And Karumaruka Circle PSV Sofmap store bonus.

A bit early for once thanks to good place to pause the game. And I need some sleep.

Eroge playthrough

Finished the main (?) route! Or is it just common route. No idea how long the individual routes will be. Currently just entered Mahoro’s route.

The common route was pretty good with relatively fast pacing and interesting… twists. Can use a bit more dream battles though. Thanks to that I didn’t have proper sleep this week.

Hopefully I can finish all routes in two weeks. Or three. Thinking again, I’m not sure if I can finish Nekonin in just a week.

Wasting money

Sold some stuff as usual. That said, I’m currently considering some additional Himekuri 365 tapestries… Though I think I should hold back on that.

And then there’s more hug pillow covers from Sankaku Renai. I’ll wait until end of this month before deciding to buy it or not.

Mainly because there’s a Whirlpool goods market coming soon. I’m allocating quite a lot for this one. Hopefully there will be hug pillow cover of Ruri or Parfil. Tama’s is already guaranteed so there’s that as well. And then tapestries from previous shitajiki and telephone cards…

Inb4 still exceeds the budget.

Didn’t buy anything much this week apart of the already planned Kamiyaba tapestries and some Sunshine Creation doujins.

As for next week, there’ll be Dengeki event on weekend. It will be my first time going to that event. Not even sure what to expect. I don’t even read their stuff.
